Honestly it’s a little silly of Nintendo. The whole lawsuit seems like an attempt to suppress competition. If successful it could potentially set a concerning precedent for innovation in the gaming industry. If Nintendo wins, just imagine a world where only massive companies can afford the legal battles necessary to develop games with “familiar” mechanics.
